Whether the cause is lack of sleep, allergies or just aging, no one looks their best with dark circles under eyes. These appear when blood vessels show through the delicate skin under the eyes. Everyone wants to get rid of them, and no one wants to go an event looking tired. This is why I recommend you to try these quick masks to prepare at home:
- Egg white & Yogurt
Mix 1 tablespoon egg white with 3 tablespoons plain yogurt to make a refreshing eye mask. Dab it on the circles under your eyes and let the mask dry for few minutes. After rinse it with warm water.
- Lime flowers
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon each dried eyebright and lime flowers. Steep for around 5 minutes and strain. Moisten two cotton balls with the cooled liquid and place on closed eyes for around 5-10 minutes.
- Cucumber slices
The easiest and quickest way to eliminate dark circles under your eyes is to place fresh, cold cucumber slices on the eyelids. It will certainly soothe your eyes and you will see quick results.
- Mint leaves
Chop and crush a sprig of mint leaves. Apply the mashed leaves to dark area under your eyes and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it and wash it with warm water.
