This application can be downloaded for free and includes several free filters with the ability to turn the regular photos into creative analog film pictures. Doing this eye exercise twice a day helps to prevent wrinkles:


  • 1st Step: To prevent wrinkles, close your eyes and then open them after 1 minute and let them circle slowly in a clockwise direction. Stop and relax for a moment.
  • 2nd Step: With your eyes open, use your fingertips to pull your lower eyelids down slightly. Lift your eyelids against the resistance and close your eyes. Relax for 1 minute with closed eyes.
  • 3d Step: Now pull your eyebrows up firmly. Slowly close your eyes against this resistance. Again rest for a full minute with eyes closed. Repeat this twice per day.


Tip: Make sure that your eyes are clean and makeup-free before doing this exercise. You can also use the castor oil during the exercise.

Who doesn't love traveling and exploring new places ? While picking the next place you will travel, I am sure that all you ladies are already thinking even for the outfits you will going to wear during the trip. Packing for vacation can be fun for some, but a very stressful task for some others. Traveling is all about being comfortable but also feeling stylish and gorgeous enough to take those Instagram pictures. This is why I recommend to always plan in advance your wardrobe pick during your trip.


Outfit


If you will have long hours of flight or jet lag then, I definitely recommend you wearing in the airport comfortable and warm clothes. My main suggestion would be a hoodie combining it with a pair of comfortable jeans or pants. Also, the tracksuit would be a perfect choice too. You will feel cozy enough to handle those long hours on plane. An over sized sweater with leggings or pants would be a great option too. During winter, you can wear a nice coat to keep you warm. And, during all other seasons, I would recommend to bring with you always a light jacket. No matter how hot can be in the place you are traveling, in airport and on plane might be cold. Especially when you are traveling long hours, such as traveling to another continent, jacket is a must. Also, another alternative would be to bring with you a nice, big scarf to spread over your shoulders if you get cold on plane.


Shoes


In airport, I would suggest you wearing shoes that are easy to get on and off. During security, they might make you remove your shoes, so it is good to wear a pair of sneakers or boots that you can remove easily. My favorite choice during winter, is UGG shoes. They are so comfy and also easy to wear. They keep my feet always warm and I tend to wear them during the whole winter, especially while traveling to cold places. During spring and summer, I like wearing a pair of comfortable loafers or sliders. Certainly, I would not recommend to wear high heels on airport. Flat shoes are the only good option to travel, especially when you need to find your gate in hurry.


Accessories


Something that I would avoid wearing while traveling would be jewelries. They have to be removed during security, so it is better to avoid this extra hassle to yourself. My favorite accessories while traveling, no matter the season, are sunglasses. I make sure to always have my sunglasses with me, so like this I can feel even more comfortable and confident when I am not in the mood to wear makeup, especially during those flights in early morning. Also, my suggestion would be to wear always a backpack or a handbag where you can keep your traveling documents, wallet and basic stuff you need to travel. In this way, you wont need to zip and unzip your luggage every time. Also, a cap or a hat would sparkle your outfit.

  • Thoroughly remove makeup every night before falling asleep.
  • Avoid any makeup products or cosmetics that contain oil.
  • Limit your skin's exposure to the sun, and use always sunscreen when you are out in it.
  • Monitor your diet and follow a healthy regime. There is still not found an exact food that can cause pimples because it can be different for different people. But, by monitoring what you consume, you can determine whether alcohol, nicotine, black tea, coffee or fatty foods fuel your breakouts. You can also share your food diary with your dermatologist to take a professional advice, but it is recommended to wait 12 weeks after cutting out a particular food because it can take time to see the impact.

Also, I would recommend you to do this facial steam bath every week and it will help you soothe the blemished skin and keep your face fresh and clean.


Ingredients:


  • 2 tablespoons fresh peppermint
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or dried chamomile
  • 3 liters water

Use:





Place all the herbs in a large clean bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let steep briefly. Cover your head with a towel and carefully hold it over the bowl for around 10-15 minutes to let the steam open up your pores.  





This weekly deep cleansing of the pores will definitely help you have a fresh face and look. But, be careful with the facial steam baths- Too much heat could scald your skin.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon each dried eyebright and lime flowers. Steep for around 5 minutes and strain. Moisten two cotton balls with the cooled liquid and place on closed eyes for around 5-10 minutes.






  • Cucumber slices



The easiest and quickest way to eliminate dark circles under your eyes is to place fresh, cold cucumber slices on the eyelids. It will certainly soothe your eyes and you will see quick results.





  • Mint leaves



Chop and crush a sprig of mint leaves. Apply the mashed leaves to dark area under your eyes and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it and wash it with warm water.

  • Pour 1 cup wheat germ oil over a handful of fresh ivy leaves and let steep for 2 weeks in a sealed container kept in a warm location. Strain the liquid and mix in 2 drops of rosemary oil. This will be an effective massage oil and I recommend to rub into your cellulite daily using circular motions.

  • Boil 3 tablespoons ivy leaves in 2 liters water for 2 minutes and then strain. After leave it the liquid to get cool for few minutes. Moisten the cotton cloths with this cooled liquid and apply it to the affected areas once a day for around 20 minutes. This mixture will help you tighten the subcutaneous tissue.





  • Mix other oils such cinnamon, lavender, chamomile or rosemary with a base oil ( almond oil ) to create a massage oil for cellulite patches. You can use it daily.




  • Potatoes posses remarkable healing powers, including the ability to tighten connective tissue. This is why, I strongly recommend to peel a potato, slice it thinly and lay the raw slices on the skin areas affected by cellulite. After, cover with a cotton cloth and let the potato work for around 15-20 minutes.



  • Massaging sea salt into moist skin can also be very effective. Do it daily after taking a shower and then rinse the salt off with warm water.





These home remedies have shown to be very effective, but is also essential to make sure you eat a low-fat diet and exercise regularly. I recommend to drink plenty of fluids to flush out of waste and provide the skin with moisture from the inside. Also, eat a low-fat, high fiber diet containing plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
