Eliminate Wrinkles Naturally with this Simple Exercise!

The skin aging brings wrinkles on our face, and this can be alarming for some people. Even if sayings are they wrinkles are signs of happy people, you still would wish to never have them. Wrinkles might lower your self confidence.

Why Wrinkles appear ?


Wrinkles are those fine lines on our  face and body. With the age, unfortunately skin loses some of its elasticity. Aging factor is the main cause of wrinkles under eyes. However, nowadays, a lot of young people suffer from wrinkles. That's because genetics plays a huge role in early wrinkles, especially on face. Also, long exposure to the sunlight  is another factor causing wrinkles to appear. It is well known that even smoking causes wrinkles, due to its absorption feature. Smoking absorbs nutrients from the skin, and this might cause it to get dry and those fine unnecessary lines. Also, the frequent smiling and squinting that cause movements in facial expressions might result in wrinkles under eyes. Another reason is our regime. A poor diet and also lack of sleep can make wrinkles appear because in this way, skin lacks essential nutrients. Also, using the improper facial skin creams and foundation can cause wrinkles, because of the accumulation of dirt. This is why it is always recommended to clean properly your skin and remove makeup before falling asleep.

There are out there many expensive creams to fight wrinkles, but I would recommend you to save your money and just try this simple natural exercise by yourself.





Doing this eye exercise twice a day helps to prevent wrinkles:


  • 1st Step: To prevent wrinkles, close your eyes and then open them after 1 minute and let them circle slowly in a clockwise direction. Stop and relax for a moment.
  • 2nd Step: With your eyes open, use your fingertips to pull your lower eyelids down slightly. Lift your eyelids against the resistance and close your eyes. Relax for 1 minute with closed eyes.
  • 3d Step: Now pull your eyebrows up firmly. Slowly close your eyes against this resistance. Again rest for a full minute with eyes closed. Repeat this twice per day.


Tip: Make sure that your eyes are clean and makeup-free before doing this exercise. You can also use the castor oil during the exercise.
