Get Rid of Stretch Marks naturally by these Home Remedies!

Stretch marks are fine lines that appear on the body and they occur from tissue under your skin tearing from rapid growth or overstretching. It should be emphasized that this common condition does not cause any significant medical problems. But, we have to admit that for many people it can be a cosmetic concern. Other names for stretch marks are striae distensae and they are categorized into striae alba ( which are white ) and  striae rubra ( red ones ).
Stretch marks occur in those areas of body where skin is subjected to continuous and progressive stretching. These include:

  • Obese or overweight people
  • Abdomen and breast in pregnant women
  • Teenagers undergoing growth spurts ( such as thighs, breasts)
  • Rapid weight gain or loss
Most products and treatments can be costly. This is why I am recommending you some home remedies:



   1. Aloe Vera


Aloe Vera is a miracle plant for skin in general, because it contains a natural plant collagen. Apply the aloe Vera gel in your marks before going to bed. Next morning wash it off during your usual routine. Do so for a month and you will see great improvements.

2. Coffee Mix


Mix a packet of instant coffee mix with a lotion that contains vitamin E until a thick gel is formed. Apply this mix over the skin area with stretch marks and leave it overnight. Wash it off the next morning. This is super effective and you will get rid of your stretch marks out of a sudden.

3. Egg white


As we all know, egg white contain proteins, which is crucial to help us keep our skin fresh and young. This is why, I recommend you to apply a raw egg ( only the white part ) onto your marks. Let it dry and after take a bath.

4. Almond Oil + Lemon juice


Prepare a mix of 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1 tablespoon of almond oil and few drops of lemon juice.  Use this mix everyday before taking a shower, by gently rubbing it into the skin for around 10 minutes. You will see results within 3 weeks.

5. Potato Juice


Cut a potato into thick slices, and rub the slices on the marks for a few minutes. After it dries up, wash the skin with cold water. I highly suggest to repeat this activity everyday and you will watch the marks fade slowly away.
